2.3. Subject to the occurrence of unique circumstances that deter or make it impossible to deliver on time, delivery of the Coins in Greece will take place within five (5) business days within Attica and ten (10) business days for areas other than Attica. Delivery to EU countries will take place within five (5) business days and to non-EU countries within ten (10) business days. The above times apply from the date of the sales contract (i.e., from the ordering and the payment of the full amount by the buyer). We determine the estimated delivery time in the checkout process and in the order confirmation providing there is available stock. In the event of an insurmountable obstacle affecting the timely delivery, the COMMITTEE will contact the buyer to agree upon new delivery date.

2.4. If the buyer orders the products of the «Greece 2021» Committee from a non-EU country there may be customs duties, taxes, and import charges. These additional charges usually occur upon arrival of the products at the destination country, and you will be asked to pay them before the products are released to you. We can't calculate or estimate the above charges since each country manages customs policy differently. For more information, please contact your local customs office before completing your order.

2.5. The buyer can return his order within four (14) days, starting from the next day after the delivery date of the coins purchased. In this case the buyer is legally required to send a message via e-mail to the address shop@greece2021.gr, stating that he/she wishes to return his/her order. It is not mandatory to state a reason for the return. The buyer is able (without it being compulsory) for the purposes of the return to fill out the Return Form provided here below.

Upon receiving the Coins, a report will be drafted on the date of their receipt and will be signed by a representative of the COMMITTEE

2.7. The COMMITTEE will return the appropriate amount to the buyer who returned his/her order according to the above instructions within ten (10) days from the receipt of the Coins by the COMMITTEE, in the same way (means of payment) in which the payment took place provided that the buyer has complied with the above requirements with regards to the condition of the returned items.
